ChanServ access lists grant persistent channel privileges to identified users when they join a registered channel.

- AOP - Auto Operator. Receives operator status on join.
- VOP - Auto Voice. Receives voice status on join.

Registration Tab
The Registration tab shows SOP, AOP, and VOP lists as selectable sub-tabs. Users with enough access can type a nickname to add it, select an existing row, and remove it inline.

- Founders can manage SOP, AOP, and VOP lists.
- SOP users can manage AOP and VOP lists.
- AOP users can manage VOP lists.
- All write actions require NickServ identification.
