Arctic construction race — jump on floating ice blocks to build your igloo while competing against your opponent. The twist: blocks are shared, and stepping on opponent-owned blocks steals their pieces!
Controls
- Arrow keys (←/→) or A/D — Move left/right on blocks or shore
- Arrow Up or W — Jump to the row above (toward shore)
- Arrow Down or S — Jump to the row below (toward water)
Block Mechanics
- White block — Neutral. Step on it to claim it (+1 igloo piece)
- Your block — Step on your own block to undo it (-1 piece)
- Opponent's block — Step to steal it! You +1 piece, they -1 piece (2-piece swing!)
- 4 rows of ice blocks float horizontally (alternating directions)
- You must time your jumps to land on moving blocks
- Miss a block and fall in the water — lose a life!
Igloo & Winning
- Build your igloo by collecting 15 pieces from ice blocks
- Once complete, return to shore and enter your igloo to win the round
- Temperature bonus: remaining temperature × 10 points
- Best of 5 rounds (first to 3 wins)
Enemies
- Polar Bear — Patrols the shore. Dodge to reach your igloo!
- Crabs — Ride the ice blocks (from round 2)
- Geese — Fly between rows, danger during jumps (from round 3)
- Clams — Open/close on blocks. Open = dangerous, closed = safe (from round 4)
- Fish — Bonus collectible between rows (200 points)
Modes
- Blizzard — 1 epic round, 20-piece igloo, all enemies from the start
- Peaceful — No block stealing, pure construction race
Temperature
- Shared timer starts at 45° and drops ~1°/second
- If it reaches 0°, the round ends — most igloo pieces wins
- Build fast to maximize your temperature bonus!
