何时使用
Use it when a pinned message is out of date, such as old rules or an event that is over. It also frees a place, because a channel keeps at most 50 pinned messages.

/unpin <消息 id>

message id

如何运作
消息本身还在对话里原来的位置——走掉的只是置顶。“置顶”窗口也能直接从条目上取消，而你决定取消时通常正看着那里。
比id容易:右键点击被绑定的消息并选择Unpin. 该菜单项只针对频道操作员和所有者。 在一个unpin之后,被绑定的频道数 更新其中的每个人。
谁可以
Channel operators and owners, the same as pinning. Unpinning a message nothing was keeping is not an error, and it changes nothing.
When the message was not pinned, the reply is the same confirmation as a real unpin.
规则和限制
- Half-operators cannot unpin messages
