IRC-native conversations sidebar. One channel list holds the rooms you are in and the ones you join on connect, activity-sorted, each name once and pinned where the auto-join list holds it. Then recent PMs and channel suggestions. Every row answers a click by going there, and carries the menu button that opens what right-click opens.
